For optimal image quality and clarity, please avoid using the zoom function on your phone's camera. If you would like a close-up of your subject, simply move closer instead. Excessive zooming can reduce image quality and result in a more grainy final photo.
Should I bring someone with me to help with the photo shoot?
Yes, especially if you plan to be in the photos. Having another person along can be very helpful—they can assist with positioning, adjusting outfits or hair, holding personal items, and helping you feel more comfortable in front of the camera. A friend can also help keep things organized, offer encouragement, and make the overall experience smoother, more relaxed, and more enjoyable. Especially shoots with small children.
If you bring them in with you, Yes. (any outside props must be approved before your shoot. NO LARGE PROPS PLEASE).
For design and sanitation purposes, all background setups are fixed as individual sets. Each prop is carefully sanitized between sessions, so we’re unable to make changes or mix setups. Thank you for understanding.
There is a timer next to each background that the staff will start at your appointment time.
Sorry, To help keep sessions running smoothly, guests should be familiar with using their own phone or camera. Our staff is unable to provide assistance with operating personal devices.
We’re sorry, but we do not offer photo editing services for images taken during your session. There are many user-friendly programs available online that you can use to edit your photos just the way you want them.
